The Plan Test, a component of the ACT College Readiness System, for 10th graders, provides a midpoint review of academic progress in high school while there is still time to make necessary interventions to keep students on track for graduation and post-secondary goals. PLAN measures basic academic development in the core subjects of writing skills, mathematics, reading, and science reasoning. PLAN also helps identify career interests and relates these to educational and training requirements. PLAN can also assist students in preparing for the ACT assessment and other national college entrance testing programs.

Information resulting from PLAN is reported to students, parents, and counselors in an organized format with a student/parent interpretive guide. This comprehensive information will help you offer informed support and assistance to your 10th grader during a critical planning and decision-making phase of his/her high school experience.

Detailed information for the next PLAN test will be available on the school’s website, as well as in the Guidance Office at the High School.
