No Tobacco Use
Tobacco use is prohibited in all district facilities, on school grounds, and in school vehicles.
DC-G policy states, “All school district facilities and property, including school buildings, vehicles and land shall be off limits for tobacco use.” The policy continues to state, “This requirement extends to employees, visitors, and students. This policy applies at all times, including school sponsored and non-school sponsored events. Persons failing to abide by this request shall be required to extinguish their smoking material or leave the school district premises immediately and/or be report- ed to appropriate authorities.” Patrons are asked to abstain from tobacco use on school property. This includes all school activities regardless of the location. We thank you for your continued cooperation.
