In accordance with the passing of SF 2170 by the Iowa Legislature, the Notice to Bidders process in Iowa Code 26.3 for informing the bidding community of the district’s intent to solicit competitive bids for a public improvement project will be posted here.
Requests for Proposals (RFP) or Requests for Quotes (RFQ)
A request for proposal (RFP) or request for quote (RFQ) is a solicitation made through a bidding process to procure a service or valuable asset. The RFP or RFQ process brings structure to the decision-making process and helps to identify the risks and benefits upfront. Request for Proposals – 2026-27 Snow Removal
The contractor will be required to remove snow from all parking lots, sidewalks, entryways and playgrounds. Sidewalks and entryways will need to be monitored daily depending on snowfall and snow removed if blowing and drifting occurs throughout the same day.
Sealed Bids are due no later than Thursday, September 24th, 2026, by 12:00 p.m(noon).
