    • It can be difficult to find a dental provider who accepts Medicaid and other types of dental insurance. Whether you have insurance or not, you can download the flyer to find a dental provider. If your child is under 21 years of age and does not have dental insurance, look for information on the Dental Voucher Program through EveryStep in the flyer below.

  • The Health Navigation program is available to all Dallas County residents. Health Navigators connect clients with resources to meet their needs. This may include filling out paperwork, completing phone calls, or learning how to navigate the healthcare system. The program aims to help clients improve their overall quality of life and advocate for their own health needs.

  • EveryStep assists uninsured and underinsured children and pregnant women sign up for health insurance through Medicaid or Hawki to find a doctor and dentist. Assistance from EveryStep is free and available year-round. Staff who serve families in Polk and Dallas counties speak English and Spanish. Other languages are served by interpreters from EveryStep’s Interpretation Program.

    • Experiencing a crisis you need professional intervention to overcome
    • Residential services are available to residents of Polk, Dallas, Audubon and Guthrie   counties. Community services are only in Polk county.
    • Not currently a danger to others for residential services
    • Do not meet hospital admission criteria
