Important Apps and Sites at Dallas Center-Grimes
As a parent/guardian in the Dallas Center-Grimes Community School District, several important apps will keep you connected to your student’s education and journey through DCG! Here are a few of the most-used platforms at DCG!
ACHIEVE Portal
Families with students with an Individualized Education Program (IEP) can review your student’s special education information at any time. You can view documents, sign consent forms online, and access records whenever you need.
Bound
This is the system used by the Athletics & Activities Department to sell activity passes, tickets, and activity registration. All athletics and activities students must be registered through Bound for their physical and concussion forms to be uploaded.
GoGuardian
GoGuardian is a device management system. You can supervise your child’s technology use on District devices.
Parent square
We’re using ParentSquare for school-to-home communications.
Receive DCG news, updates, and alerts by activating your Dallas Center-Grimes ParentSquare account.
Infinite Campus
Infinite Campus is our student database. You can see your child’s teachers and class schedule, attendance, assessment results, and grades.
Parents will frequently use the Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
Stopfinder
Stopfinder is the all-in-one, easy-to-use app for viewing & sharing your student’s transportation schedule.
Stopfinder launched at DCG at the start of the 2026-27 school year.
Chartwells
The Nutrition Department partners with Chartwells to teach students about seasonal fruits, vegetables, and herbs. DCG Chef and the Director of Nutrition Services, work with students to give them exposure to these unique foods as well as show them how to introduce them into their diet. This is a fun and safe environment for students to try new foods.
Lifetouch
LifeTouch is DCG’s official school photography company. School pictures are taken each fall at all seven DCG buildings.
