The Iowa Department of Education released district ratings as part of the 2024-2025 Iowa School Performance Profiles. Dallas Center-Grimes CSD received a “High Performing” rating, placing our district in the top 25% of districts in Iowa! DCG’s score of 71.26% (641.38 out of 900 possible points) is 8% better than the statewide average in the 2025 reporting year!
These profiles are a measure of schools across the state based on several data sources. The Iowa Department of Education builds its rating on core indicators such as state assessment results (ISASP), chronic absenteeism, and, for high school (grades 9-12), graduation rates and postsecondary readiness. - Dallas Center-Grimes CSD placed four schools in the top two categories – “exceptional” and “high performing” – representing the top 20% of scores in the state.
