Details: Come meet Pack 172 at Grimes Public Library Room C/D on Sunday August 24 at 3:30pm and see if scouting is for you! For boys/girls in Kindergarten through 5th grade Cub Scouts offers fun hands-on activities that teach kids leadership, teamwork, and values while building confidence and life skills. In addition to den meetings, our pack offers three family campout opportunities per year where scouts learn to camp, fish, and navigate the outdoors. We also host a Pinewood Derby, Raingutter Regatta, holiday parties, and fun field trips. What makes Pack 172 stand out is that we do a lot of activities as a pack so that older dens can mentor younger dens and builds pack cohesiveness. Come join the adventure!
