The Dallas Center-Grimes Community School District completed a strategic planning process in July 2025. This end result is a true north for our district – a target for which we can all aim for – students, staff, families and community. The DCG Strategic Plan was created with input from our stakeholders and outlines our mission, vision and core values moving forward.
