Dallas Center-Grimes CSD is pleased to announce that Dr. Pam Dodge has been named DCG Middle School Interim Principal.
Dr. Dodge’s incredible career spans four decades and features a vast array of roles and responsibilities. Her most recent stop was in the Ogden Community School District, where she served as superintendent.
“I’m so excited to join the incredible team at DCG Middle School,” shares Dr. Dodge. “I am passionate about creating educational opportunities for every student I serve. This mindset is shared by everyone at DCG.”
In addition to her work in Ogden, Dr. Dodge has served in the Ankeny School District (Executive Director of Special Programs/Elementary Principal), North Polk Community School District (Elementary School Principal, Boxholm Consolidated School District (Elementary Teacher) and Iowa State University (Graduate Research Assistant).
“Matching Dr. Dodge’s skillset with a dedicated team of educators at DCG Middle School is the perfect fit,” shares Dr. Scott Blum, DCG Superintendent. “She has a servant’s heart with a proven record of academic excellence. I’m so excited to see Dr. Dodge walk alongside our educators at DCG Middle School during the 2024-25 school year. “
Dr. Dodge received a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership & Policy Studies from Iowa State University. She also earned her Master of Arts and Bachelor of Science Degree from Iowa State.
Pam’s first day at DCG will be Wednesday, July 24.
